Module 1: Focus

An unfocused business doesn’t last long. And a start-up without intense focus will never get off the ground. Focus means sacrificing things not in your focus. And that takes both clarity and discipline. The first thing to focus on in business is your Customer Value Proposition (CVP). In this module you will learn how to develop your CVP. And articulate it in one easy to remember sentence.

Module 2: Differentiate

In business you must realize that your customer has only one pot of money to spend; if your customer is corporate it is the budget; if it is a consumer it is available cash (credit card is cash). Everyone in business is trying to get a share of that pot of money. You always have both indirect and direct competitors. Thus, to succeed you need to compete differently and stay well away from competing on your competitors’ terms. Otherwise, you got only lower and yet lower prices to offer. Using techniques such as Blue Ocean on your CVP this module shows you how to succeed by being strategically and operationally different.

Module 3: Visualize

Where is your business heading? Can you see it? In this Module you will learn how to:

1. Roadmap the future of your business on 1-page.
2. Explode the potential of your business 1,000 times.
3. Find your Killer: Get hyper growth.
4. Set up the 5 Drivers of your CVP.

Module 4: Business Model

What actually is a business model? In simplified terms: “How are you going to make money?” The formula for a successfully business is simple: make sure revenue > costs; cash > expenditure. In this module you will learn how to design business models for any type of business. Remember, a business that never makes money is no longer in business. Get your business model done now!

Module 5: Brand your business

Creating a brand is as much an art as a science. The former is not teachable: you have to learn the art yourself. Where do you start the learning? With the science. In this module the science of branding has been simplified for you into 6 steps. You will know how to develop a 1-page brand statement that will be your most practical guide in brand building.

Module 6: Plan your success

Plans are absolutely useless. But planning is indispensable. And, entrepreneurs know that. Where is your business plan? Do you use it as a living document in every review meeting? 99% of start-ups do not. And 99.9% of start-ups fail. Why? because they never made their plans into a living document that is like a map to show tell and change where the business should be heading at any given crises or time. Plan where you are going. Module 7: Market

Marketing must always be measured by sales achieved. There are 2 things you will learn in this module that is unique and not found in any sales methodology: you have to sell the brand into your prospect's mind; and also sell the product into his pocket.You have to win both hearts and minds out there.
